Metro Manila · Ayala Alabang Village
Ayala Alabang Village is a big subdivision of almost 30,000 people. The popular expat neighborhood is located in Muntinlupa City, in the southern part of the Megacity.
The gated community in the HotSpot Alabang was created in the early 1980s. Thanks to the Metro Manila Skyway, getting to Makati City and other HotSpots takes only about 20 minutes by car. The village is much bigger than other gated communities in the Megacity and has its own fire trucks and ambulance service, a clinic, public transport system, and at least nine educational institutions within its walls.
Apart from that there are plenty of parks, with playgrounds and sports facilities for children and adults. The Alabang Country Club features golf, polo, a riding school, and other sports. Thanks to being such a green community, Ayala Alabang Village also is an official bird sanctuary, with more than 60 species living in its trees.
