RCBC Plaza is an office skyscraper bounded by Ayala Avenue and Gil Puyat Avenue. It was constructed in the mid-1990s and houses the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC). The two towers measure 192 meters and 170 meters, making RCBC Plaza the 18th tallest building and the largest modern office development in the country.

General Information

Completed in 2001, the RCBC Plaza is one of the iconic buildings in the central business district and has one of the most prestigious addresses in the metro. The building’s configuration includes the 46-storey Yuchengco Tower, the 41-level Tower 2 and its galleria, a 3-level podium and a 7-level parking area in the basement.

Its most prominent sections are the Yuchengco Museum, the 'Spirit of EDSA'-Sculpture and the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium. The latter is a venue for great musicals and other performances, featuring Philippine show stars.

RCBC houses the embassies of Australia, Canada, Germany and South Africa as well as the Delegation of the European Union. The towers’ amenities also include banking chambers, convenience and specialty shops, a food court, a gym and spa, an open-air courtyard, and a chapel.

Location And How To Get There

RCBC Plaza is located at one of Makati’s major thoroughfares right at the corner of Senator Gil Puyat Avenue and Ayala Avenue. It is located near The Columns and the Makati Central Post Office. For those taking the train (MRT), stop at Gil Puyat Station and then ride a jeepney to Crispa or to the post office. For those planning to take the LRT, go down at Gil Puyat and take the Guadalupe jeepney.  Most buses that go through Makati stop near RCBC as well, due to its location at the city's two arterial roads.
