Metro Manila · Cyma
Cyma is a Greek restaurant where you will find the best of the Mediterranean delicacies that were invented in Hellas over the last 3000 years.
When Cyma Executive Chef Robby Goco was visiting Greece in younger years, he fell in love with its cuisine. He decided that those wonderful dishes should be introduced to the Filipino palate as well, so he travelled all over the country to collect the best recipes and ingredients. Up to today, Chef Goco has opened six Cyma branches in Manila and one in Cebu.
The restaurants are not only frequented by meat lovers who come for the Gyros, Souvlaki, lamb meals and Moussaka. Cyma is popular as well among diet-conscious people. With the wide range of delicious salads, soups and vegetables, eating healthy does not feel like a sacrifice anymore. Cyma´s bestseller is the Roka Salad, with arugula and candied walnuts
Why Megacitizens Should Pay This Establishment A Visit
Saganaki is a dish with special effects; the waiter serves a piece of cheese in a little pan, pours rum over it and – with a loud “Opa”- shout – sets it on fire. The outcome is the sizzling-hot “Flaming Cheese”, to be eaten with some crunchy toasted baguette.
