InterContinental Manila closed its doors in December 2015 to make way for a mixed use development.

InterContinental Manila closed its doors in December 2015. Below is information about the hotel when its doors were still open.
Sitting right at the corner of Ayala Avenue and EDSA, the InterContinental (Interconti) is one of the best located luxury hotels in the Megacity.

General Information

The Interconti in Makati City is the Philippines' longest operating chain hotel. It is walking distance not only to the big mall and entertainment complex of SM, Glorietta and Greenbelt, but also to many prime business offices. Interconti therefore is one of Manila's most popular high-end hotels among business travellers; the risk that the hotel is booked out is higher on weekdays than on weekends.

The hotel has 332 guest rooms, 57 suites, eight function rooms and a grand ballroom that often serves as a venue for international high-profile conferences. If you want to have a drink after a long conference or meeting, there is a cozy lobby bar (Gambrinus), a pool bar (Sol y Sombra), the Cafe Jeepney with international and Filipino dishes, and the Prince Albert Rotisserie for fine dining.

Why Megacitizens Should Pay This Establishment A Visit

The Interconti is the perfect place to stay if you want to combine your business trip with shopping and entertainment.
