This seafood restaurant has become an institution in Manila since its first branch opened in 1975.
General Information
Seafood dishes belong to the highlights of Filipino cuisine, and Via Mare has them all. Among the must-try dishes are the oyster varieties and the Bisque de Mediterranee, a creamy, seafood-based soup that is coated with golden crunchy dough. But the restaurant also has many Filipino non-seafood classics on the menu, such as Crispy Pata and the rice cake Binbingka.
Apart from the featured location in Greenbelt 3, there are a couple of Via Mare Oyster Bars spread over Metro Manila, mostly in the bigger Malls.
